Order processing: We aim to dispatch orders within 5 days of order placement. However, if one or more of the items ordered isn’t available, we will take a few additional days to procure the same for you. Don’t worry; our team will keep you notified at every step of the way.  

Shipping within Mumbai: Once the order is ready for dispatch, within Mumbai City, we take a day or two to deliver the order.

Shipping outside Mumbai: In order to ensure the safety of your order, we have partnered with reputable courier companies for order delivery. Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking number via email.

Delivery time (for non-Mumbai orders): Couriers are booked based on the items ordered, order value and destination. The estimated delivery date hence depends on the courier booked; the estimated delivery date ranges from 3 to 5 days, 7 to 8 days or 10 to 12 days. The estimated delivery date can be identified using the tracking number on the courier partner's website. 

Disclaimer: We request that you understand that we cannot be held responsible for courier delays. We track all parcels once they are dispatched until they are delivered and do our best to follow up with the courier partners to ensure timely delivery of orders. However, occasional delays and disruptions might take place. 

Delivery Charges: Depending on the delivery location, a nominal delivery charge is levied to contribute towards making the delivery. ShakeHands.co.in reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove the shipping charges based on locations without informing customers via email. If and when changes are made, these changes will be reflected on the check-out page (before the customer places an order). By placing an order on the website, you are confirming and agreeing to pay the mentioned delivery charge.
